It's been a difficult two weeks for Pep Guardiola at Barcelona but the coach received some good news today, with the return of Gabriel Milito to training.
Marca reports that after nine months out due to injury, the Argentine trained with his team-mates again this morning.
Milito, who was an integral part of the side before the operation on his right-knee, had been training alone as he recovered, but has finally re-joined the squad.
Even though he trained well, he will still not be able to play again for at least a few weeks as he waits for clearance from the medical staff.
The return of Milito was the best news in a session which featured 22 players and was only missing the injured Eric Abidal.
Andres Iniesta was out on the pitch training with and without a ball as he tries to shake off an injury he has picked up.
The Spaniard is expected to miss the game with Atletico Madrid this weekend but it is not known when he will return.
Barcelona returned home following their draw in France against Lyon which they feel puts them in good shape to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
The Catalans went behind to a free-kick from Juninho but Thierry Henry levelled the game later on.
