Arsenal cannot be discounted from the Premier League title race, according to both Arsene Wenger and Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti.
The
Gunners minimised an 11-point November deficit in two months to rise to
the top of the table a fortnight ago, but during a crucial four-game
'make-or-break' period that reaches a climax against Liverpool this
week, the north Londoners have so far returned just a solitary point
from a possible nine.
Two successive losses, sustained against rivals Manchester United and Chelsea, followed a draw at Aston Villa. The Emirates Stadium clash against Liverpool on Wednesday evening is now "vital", according to Wenger.
He is quoted by the official website of FIFA as having said: "We are not in the best of positions but we will not give up.
"It is vital against Liverpool but it was vital today and we still have lost."
Ancelotti, whose side overcame Wenger's at Stamford Bridge on Sunday thanks to goals from Didier Drogba in a 2-0 win, added: "Arsenal still have a possibility because they are a good team.
"It depends on the performances of Manchester United and Chelsea. I am not sure it will be a race with two horses."

They may still have a chance, but it's very dim, and in my opinion, they stand no chance for the title this season, but may still end up in 3rd (as they are now) or even 2nd place. I see it all between the current title-holders (who are currently in first place, Manchester United ) and Chelsea, who've been #1 most of the season.

I don't really see how we will do it, unless Chelsea goof up.

Even if they do, which will never happen in my eyes , then Manchester United will go on to win it anyway. Trust me, you've got no chances left this season, it's all between Man U and Chelsea for the title.
Everyone keeps saying they're still in it, not that they aren't doing well but they just can't catch up now with the Blue Lions and United (who are neck and neck 'round this time, back and forth it is).

They have an outside chance, but i dont see the big 2 dropping enough points for them to really get back into it - the Chelsea and United defeats cost them alot and showed the squad is too inexperienced when it comes to the big important games
