South Korean international striker Lee Keun-ho is reportedly close to a move to Europe – either to Spain or Belgium.
The 23 year-old’s contract with K-league club Daegu has ended and as a free agent, he has been considering his future.
Lee is in demand after scoring six goals in his last six appearances for the national team.
A representative of his management company told the Korean media that something would happen soon.
“It’s true that Lee almost joined French club Nantes recently but the striker he was due to replace picked up an injury and didn’t move.”
“At the moment, we are negotiating with Spanish and Belgium teams. It is late but there should be a decision made soon.”
“There are still a number of offers from the K-League including Daegu and Seongnam.”
