It was only last month that Kolo Toure was trying to manoeuvre an exit from Arsenal following his much-publicised falling out with fellow defender William Gallas.
The 27-year-old seemed set to join the Manchester City revolution during the January transfer window, but the Gunners were not satisfied with any of the Eastlands club's bids and refused to sell.
Now, having regained his form and taken on the role of stand-in captain, Toure is loving life at the Emirates once more and has claimed there is no more discontent between he and Gallas.
"Everything is at the end now. It is finished and in the past. I am delighted to be at the club, I love Arsenal. I have been here for seven years, it is the club of my heart," the Ivory Coast star said in The Daily Mail.
"William and I are used to playing together and last season we lost very few games when we were both in the team. We know each other really well and we are happy to play together."
Toure joined Arsenal in 2002 and is the longest-serving player currently at the club.
